Naan

12 ox flour
6 oz water
6 oz plain yogurt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
2.5 Tbs EVOO

Method

Mix dry ingredients together (flour sugar yeast salt). Then add water and yogurt and EVOO.  Mix well and need.  Allow to rest for 2 hrs.  Volume should double or triple.
